With Axxess Host running on a local VM and Fat Client software installed on user desktops, staff can view room status in real-time and even change status settings, if authorized.

With a simple VM server installed on-site, we can remotely install the software via a remote connection.

In-room PrivacyService switches communicate to the VM server via ZigBee mesh network on each floor and then via Ethernet from each floor to the server.
