Brief Software Overview

Manage
Software Users
Manage the users of based on departmental requirements. Display rooms with statuses pertaining to specific departments or staff members and limit options based on the user's need.

Staff Response Times
Manage the time lapse between when a request was made and when it was completed by staff.

Generate Detailed Reports
Generate reports based on Room Status, Room History, Room Type Summary, Room Activity Listing, Room Listing, and Room Response.

Filters
The status of all rooms within a given hotel are displayed in a simple, manageable user friendly interface. You can use filters to manage and minimized the amount of data displayed. Filter the rooms displayed by Floor, Checkout, Do Not Disturb, Housekeeping, Ready for Inspection, Minibar Opened, Tray Ready for Pickup, Valet Request, or User Defined/Custom Filters.

Room Display Filters:
Floor - Displays all room data on a specific floor.

Do Not Disturb - Displays rooms which have the status set to Do Not Disturb.

Housekeeping - Displays all rooms which have requested housekeeping.

Ready for Inspection - Displays rooms which have been cleaned by the housekeeping staff and have been marked Ready for Inspection – see Hk Administrator PDA software.

Minibar Opened - Displays room which have had their minibar opened. See miniBar Manager PDA and desktop application and the miniBar detection product for more information.

Tray Ready for Pickup - Displays all all rooms that have discarded food trays outside the door. See the ReadyMaid trayTracker product for more information.

Valet Request - Displays all rooms that have requested valet service. See the ReadyMaid callValet product for more information.

User Defined or Custom Filters - Displays rooms based on the requirements you desire.

Room History
When a status changes, the data, the time and the status change of the room are logged in the room's history. Click here to view a screenshot

Popup Notification Enable popup notification for trayTracker, privacyService, Concierge, and callValet. When a guest requests housekeeping, concierge, their vehicle from valet, or places a discarded food tray outside the room, a convent, non-intrusive popup is displayed to alert staff.

Maintenance Manage maintenance requests, rooms requiring maintenance, and maintenance delegations (Room Assignments).

The built in Language Translations Dictionary provides a quick reference to useful keywords and phrases in an effort to minimize language barriers between management and staff.
