From within their room, guests are able to select the housekeeping or do-not-disturb status. With networkAxxess, this information is not only displayed on the hallway indicator, it is sent to a database where it is viewable through ReadyMaid’s PDA or desktop software. Hk Administrator is a PDA application designed to give your housekeeping mobility and access to time-saving data. It also acts as a quality control tool by providing a fully customizable checklist that is saved to the room’s status and accessible by the housekeeping management through PDA or desktop application.

Brief Software Overview

Manage |
With the built in custom quality control checklist, housekeeping managers can view their staff’s productivity in detail.
Once a room is finished cleaning, it can be marked 'Ready for Inspection'. Quality Control Administrators can inpsect rooms exactly when they are ready for inspection.
Staff response times are recorded and can be viewed by management.

The status of all rooms within a given hotel are displayed in a simple, manageable user friendly interface. You can use filters to manage and minimized the amount of data displayed. Filter the rooms displayed by Floor, Checkout, Do Not Disturb, Housekeeping, Ready for Inpsection, or User Defined/Custom Filters. |

Room History

When a status changes, the data, the time and the status change of the room are logged in the room's history. Click here to view a screenshot. |

Maintenance |
While working in a room, staff can input maintenance requests into the their hand held PDA. These requests are instantly saved on the networkAxxess database which notifies the appropriate staff. |
