Call your car with the touch of a finger! The ReadyMaid callValet feature allows guests to request their vehicles in a less-intrusive, user-friendly manner. The hotel’s valet staff are instantly notified of a guest’s request through either a PDA or byway of the ReadyMaid callValet desktop application. Our software application solution gives your time-conscious guests peace of mind by providing your staff with the ability to setup customizable, auto-notification valet schedules.

Brief Software Overview

Manage

Valet request are automatically ordered in a convenient queue, displaying the guest’s last name, their room number, and the vehicle tag.

Valet staff can setup a schedule for vehicles which are requested in advance. They can attach important notes to the guests room which pertain to valet staff (e.g. stored luggage that needs to be delivered at a specific time).

Managers can view their staff's response times.


Filters Filters are used to sort data into small, easily manageable units - see a screenshot
    The status of all rooms within a given hotel are displayed in a simple, manageable user friendly interface. You can use filters to manage and minimized the amount of data displayed. Filter the rooms displayed by Floor, Checkout, Do Not Disturb, Valet Service, Valet Requested, or User Defined/Custom Filters.

Room History
When a status changes, the data, the time and the status change of the room are logged in the room's history. Click here to view a screenshot.

Maintenance While working in a room, staff can input maintenance requests into the their hand held PDA. These requests are instantly saved on the networkAxxess database which notifies the appropriate staff.
