What It Does

Axxess Rooms software was developed as part of our privacyService and guestPresence systems to help hoteliers manage and monitor their room status and ensure guest privacy. Staff can now be managed more efficiently and guest service requests can be dealt with as quickly as they appear. Efficiency goals can be set, measured and achieved.


How It Works

Information provided by devices in our privacyService and guestPresence systems is assembled and displayed in a simple yet powerful way. Our privacyService devices provide information on room status (Privacy/Service). Meanwhile our guestPresence devices provide information on the occupancy status of each guest room. Any device you select with web access has access to this information. In addition performance metrics are available that measure staff's response to housekeeping requests. Managing maintenance and other required room entries is greatly aided by the occupancy status feature enabling your staff to plan accordingly.

  • Housekeeping knows at a glance which rooms can and cannot be made up, and which rooms are ready for QC inspection. Reports on room status by floor allow for efficient staff dispatch
  • Front desk staff can initiate housekeeping on check-out – the green LED at the guest room turns on in real-time, alerting housekeepers the room can be made up
  • Interface with property management system automates Make Up Room setting upon check-out for fast turnaround of rooms
  • Maintenance staff can check on Do Not Disturb status before going to a room for maintenance, thus avoiding wasted trips
  • In Room Dining can check for Do Not Disturb status and call ahead
  • In Room Dining can also see trays/trolleys ready for pick-up
  • Management can use built-in reports to evaluate staff performance, for training and generating operational efficiencies
  • All transactions are user ID'd and time and date stamped
