What It Does

Axxess Minibars is the software element of our miniBar system providing essential tools for mini-bar management. It allows you to view if a room's mini-bar has been opened and it provides you with a new simple way to report restocking. Our desktop mini-bar software allows for complete inventory management. The mini-bar system provides custom mini-bar stocking, supplier management, cost and pricing details, detailed reporting/invoicing for swift charge recovery. Minibars software helps your mini-bars earn their keep.

 

How it works

Using a smart phone running our Minibars app employees view a short list of rooms where the mini-bar has been opened. All restocking can easily be recorded and shared on our Minibars app with just a few taps. Watch the video here.
